Anti-fog handmade face masks

*This is one of the first facemasks I made, so pretty and functional, everybody wanted a similar one.*

Over the last year, 2020, we had to change the way we live. The pandemic has forced us to wear facemasks, stay at home and social distancing. At the beginning of the lockdown in the UK, we didn’t have to wear face masks, but I started to do so, in order to feel safer when I went shopping. I remember entering the supermarket and my glasses were completely fogged up. I had to take them off and then I could not see what I was doing. That’s when I decided to investigate a way to protect myself and be able to see what I was doing. So, in May 2020 I made my first anti-fog facemask. It worked very well, so my friends and family asked me to make face masks for them. I did, I sent my in-laws face masks. They seemed to be very popular, so I decided to invest in different fun fabrics and make more to sell. I have made and sold over 500 facemasks now, with very happy costumers.

The design is to create a bubble in front of your nose and some kind of pocket, your glasses will go on top of the triangle section, the hot air stays inside the mask, I know how horrible it’s to wear the mask and not see a thing. I did a lot of research and found a very good pattern.
They are light , comfortable to wear.
